This role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure profitable operations.

You will oversee revenue planning, cost control, payroll, scheduling, and the adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency, culture, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital's P&L and drive performance.
• Forecast hospital needs with regional leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee hospital inventory and control costs.
• Oversee payroll for hospital staff.
• Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs.
• Champion change and promote best practices.
• Lead the hospital team to improve processes across client service, operations, and administration.
• Implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Establish and drive the hospital culture.
• Track licensure for all DVMs.
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations.
• Maintain the highest level of client service.
