Job summary

National Veterinary Associates, Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager for Hanover Park Animal Care Center to lead operations, ensure top-tier patient care, and drive profitability.

The role requires on-site leadership, collaboration with the Managing Veterinarian, and a focus on client service, staff development, and cost control. Leadership experience in veterinary medicine is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in a managerial role with customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Oversee accounts receivable and control costs.
• Manage payroll and labor scheduling.
• Drive improvements in patient care, client service, and operations.
• Promote best practices and culture of excellence.
• Ensure licensure for all DVMs is current.
