Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hospital operations to deliver excellent client service and patient care.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop support teams; set clear goals and provide feedback.
• Partner with medical leadership to align standards with operations.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and labor targets; ensure accurate daily financials.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and facility maintenance; monitor KPIs and P&L.
• Support budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control; ensure regulatory adherence.
• Elevate client experience by resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
