Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a busy veterinary hospital in Cordova, TN. You will develop an efficient support team, work with the Veterinarian to drive revenue, and maintain high-quality patient care and customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and billing, and ensure compliance across departments. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to pet welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health science or related field strongly preferred.
• Five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years supervisory experience.
• Must provide courteous, prompt customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across hospital support departments and meet labor goals.
• Hire and train office and clinic staff; manage onboarding paperwork.
• Orient and train new staff for hospital operations.
• Review performance, provide feedback, and address issues with Regional Manager.
• Manage daily operations and coordinate with the veterinary team.
• Monitor budgets, purchases, and inventory; ensure licensing and compliance.
