• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role with customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital/retail/service settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of P&L and hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and hospital finances.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and administrative expenses.
• Manage payroll and hospital staff scheduling.
• Develop schedules and control labor costs.
• Champion change and promote best practices.
• Lead the team to improve client service and operations.
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Establish and drive hospital culture.
• Maintain licensure for all DVMs.
• Provide feedback and handle difficult conversations.
• Demonstrate and reinforce high levels of client service.
