Job summary

East Lake Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead a growing team of veterinary professionals and support staff. This role drives hospital performance, client service quality, and the overall patient care experience on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in a reputable managerial role, preferably in a hospital or service-based setting, with a business-minded focus and a passion for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based industry with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and be accountable for performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and identify trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee inventory and costs.
• Supervise payroll, scheduling, and labor cost management.
• Lead change initiatives and drive best practices across operations.
• Foster a culture of top-notch patient care and client service.
