Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and performance metrics.
• Forecast trends and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee inventory and labor costs; manage payroll.
• Develop schedules and optimize staffing levels.
• Champion changes and share best practices.
• Lead the team to improve client service and operations.
• Implement new technologies to boost efficiency.
• Foster a positive hospital culture and high patient care standards.
• Maintain licensure for all DVMs and ensure compliance.
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations.
