Penryn Pet Hospital is seeking a Front Office Associate (CSR) to deliver exceptional client service in a veterinary setting. This full-time role supports a small practice with a 4x10 hour schedule, located in Loomis/Penryn region.

You will manage scheduling, patient data, invoicing, and daily reports, while triaging client inquiries and coordinating pharmacy needs. Strong communication and basic math abilities are essential.

• Coordinate pharmacy needs and client service scheduling.
• Support clinic operations and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked.
• Assist with lab coordination and education for clients.
