Brookhaven Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / CSR to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This full-time role involves greeting clients, managing calls, scheduling, and processing payments while coordinating with veterinarians and staff to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Qualifications include 1+ year in a veterinary reception role, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Cornerstone or AVImark is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist, veterinary CSR, veterinary client service, or veterinary front desk experience
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both people and animals
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Handle patient check-in/check-out, invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians and medical team
• Provide information about veterinary services and preventative care
• Address client questions with empathy and professionalism
• Keep reception area organized, clean and welcoming
• Support daily hospital operations and front desk needs
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts
