Brookhaven Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our front desk team full-time. You will greet clients and pets, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage invoices and records to support the hospital's busy workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of veterinary receptionist experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and comfort working with both people and animals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist, CSR, or front desk experience.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or clinic preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and veterinary files.
• Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians and the medical team.
• Provide information on services and preventative care.
• Address client questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Support daily hospital operations and front desk needs.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts.
