Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephones and greet clients.
• Input and distribute client data; escort clients and patients to exam rooms.
• Process checkout at the end of visits; maintain client care and communication quality.
• Handle client inquiries about basic animal care questions and provide information as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Front of House leadership.
