Job summary

Oakridge Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in San Jose. This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly rate of $19–$24, with a 4x10 schedule and a path to grow in veterinary hospital operations.

You’ll greet clients, answer calls, schedule visits, and support the care team. You will develop communication and organizational skills while helping pets and people feel welcomed and informed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Interest in animals and veterinary medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule appointments and register patient information.
• Check clients in and out and process payments.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Assist with basic client education and hospital protocols.
