Pound Ridge Veterinary Center in Pound Ridge, NY is seeking a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for clients and their pets. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and process payments in a fast-paced animal-care environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests. Make outbound calls for reminders and follow-ups.
