Aloha Animal Medical Center is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and support hospital operations. You will handle phones, coordinate patient flow, process payments, and provide information about services in a compassionate, professional manner.

• 2+ years of customer service, receptionist or front-desk experience.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and in-person client interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to handle routine and emotional situations with compassion.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records accurately.
