Animal Care Center of Carters Creek in Columbia, TN, seeks a confident, people-first Veterinary Hospital Administrator to lead our 6-doctor practice through growth and change. You will drive financial health, operational efficiency, and staff development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
• Veterinary hospital management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree; CVPM and/or LVMT strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: monitor hospital performance, budgets, payroll, and drive growth.
• Operational Oversight: ensure workflow, regulatory compliance, equipment and inventory, policies.
• Strategic Direction: develop long-term goals, expand services, partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management: manage day-to-day ops, scheduling, maintenance.
• Client & Community Engagement: marketing, client concerns, retention.
• Team Leadership: oversee department leads, hiring and development, culture.
