Orlando Vets Eastwood is seeking a full-time Lead Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting and supporting both patients and pet owners throughout visits.

The position includes responsibilities such as greeting clients, managing appointment details, handling payments, and coordinating follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary receptionist role or medical office setting preferred.

• Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, sign in appointments, confirm details, and escort clients to exam rooms.
• Handle payments, process cards, and schedule future appointments accurately.
• Answer calls for appointments and hospital inquiries, and make reminder/follow-up calls.
• Understand vaccination protocols and basic veterinary terminology to communicate with clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk to ensure a positive client experience.
