Kirkman Road Veterinary Clinic, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a client care representative to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Orlando practice. You will greet clients, answer phones, prepare patient files, and relay information to the team with a professional customer-service attitude.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn veterinary terminology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service background desirable but not required.
• Some computer knowledge with Word, keyboarding, and use of communication tools like Instant Messenger and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones; maintain professional image.
• Prepare patient files and escort clients to exam rooms as needed.
• Receive and relay client correspondence; update client financial records.
