Colonial Gateway Veterinary Center in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to lead front desk operations and ensure an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out.

The role includes supervising CSRs, coordinating with technicians and doctors, handling schedules, training new staff, and ensuring accurate records and compliant financial transactions. Compensation $20-$25/hour, commensurate with licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of veterinary client service experience.
• Leadership or training experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and model exceptional client service.
• Coordinate with technicians and doctors to manage patient flow.
• Oversee scheduling, records, deposits, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Provide guidance and training to CSRs and support staff.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and professional client communications.
