West Side Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Client Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first contact for clients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, process payments, and guide service options with kindness and professionalism.

This leadership role includes training and supervising fellow CSRs, overseeing daily workflows, and maintaining calm, empathetic communication during busy or emotionally charged moments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Veterinary industry experience required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with team accountability.
• Coaching and training CSR staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with veterinary practice management software, Avimark preferred.
