Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first contact: answer calls, greet clients, schedule appointments.
• Check patients in and out, keep front desk organized during busy days.
• Relay client concerns to veterinary team to ensure proper care.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain client records.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep the hospital running.
