Job summary

Merrimack Veterinary Hospital, a well-established 5-doctor practice in Merrimack, NH, is seeking a friendly full-time front desk receptionist. You will greet clients, handle phones, schedule appointments, and assist with check-ins/check-outs, while supporting a busy team of veterinarians, kennel staff, and groomers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent telephone skills including voicemail and message taking.
• Experience with observing death, dying and euthanasia in small animals.
• Experience with Windows based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Fill medications and admit/discharge clients.
• Check-in and check-outs for all clients.
• Maintain cleaning and organization of front desk.
