Minnieville Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, seeks a full‑time Client Services Representative in Woodbridge, VA. The role supports doctors, communicates with clients, and helps ensure smooth clinic operations in a compassionate, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include front desk management, scheduling, client communication, and assisting with administrative duties while upholding the hospital’s standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in client services.
• At least 1 year working within a veterinary field preferred.
• Must be computer literate with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, check patients in/out, schedule rechecks, sign visitors and vendors in.
• Communicate vaccination protocols and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee clinic flow and assist with client in euthanasia paperwork and aftercare.
• Discuss payment options with clients and respond to texts/emails.
• Assist with daily administrative duties and distribute mail and correspondence.
