Minnieville Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network, seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant for a part-time role in Woodbridge, VA. You will support the Medical Director and veterinary team, manage schedules, and handle routine administrative tasks to keep hospital operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Medical Director and team.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate internal/external communications.
• Prepare reports and new account forms as needed.
• Maintain office policies and procedures; order supplies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal departments.
• Support hospital management to improve processes and efficiencies.
