Western Veterinary Partners seeks an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative for East Bend Animal Hospital in Bend, Oregon. This fast-paced role focuses on creating exceptional client experiences, managing appointments, and supporting clients with essential service information.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule, including Monday–Saturday, and a compensation range of $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in handling a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for compassionate client service.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle multi-line phones and in-person client interactions.
• Process transactions and assist clients with information about services.
• Collaborate with team to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
