Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone system; answer calls, place on hold, transfer, and page staff.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs.
• Take and route messages for veterinarians and staff.
• Accept payments, process credit transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Update client and pet records; provide administrative support (scanning, faxing, emailing).
