Legacy Animal Hospital in the Las Vegas/Henderson area is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to greet clients, handle phones, schedule appointments, and support daily patient flow in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers $18–$19 per hour, full-time with a 4/10 schedule (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, EAP, 401k with company match, and PTO. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience as veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.
