Copeland Veterinary Hospital in Cookeville, Tennessee is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate, fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you’ll help create an exceptional experience while supporting veterinary care.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist, veterinary assistant, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and technology
• A calm, compassionate demeanor during emotional or stressful situations
• A dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answering multi-line phones and managing client communications
