You’ll also schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments, collect payments, maintain patient records, coordinate with the veterinary team, and assist with general front‑desk duties.

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Check clients and patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Collect payments and process cash, card, and other forms of payment.
• Explain invoices, options, and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate client/patient information in the practice manager system.
• Prepare and maintain medical records and other documentation.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and clinic staff.
• Coordinate client flow and minimize wait times.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintain confidentiality of client/patient information.
• Provide compassionate support during difficult situations.
• Assist with general front-desk duties as needed.
