• Check clients and patients in and out of the clinic accurately.
• Process payments and explain invoices and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate client/patient information in the system.
• Prepare and maintain medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth flow.
