Total Veterinary Care Hospital in Cicero, New York, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions, greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.

You will coordinate appointments, maintain medical records, handle payments, educate clients on preventive care, and support a team dedicated to outstanding patient outcomes. Veterinary software experience and some weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications
