Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Veterinary Field Support Representative (FSR) for Diagnostic Imaging to partner with Field Sales and Customer Support, visiting veterinary clinics to install systems and train staff. You will travel up to 75% of the time, adjust schedules for customer events, and occasionally visit emergency practices.

You will be in a customer‑facing role, solving problems and supporting customer success while working from a home‑based office when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Residency in the East Ohio Valley & Pittsburgh regions with willingness to travel within and outside the territory as needed.
• 3+ years of veterinary clinic experience with training/leadership background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily, build relationships, and provide onsite technical troubleshooting when needed.
• Install IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems for customers in your area.
• Train veterinary clinic staff on best practices to maximize system performance.
• Support critical customer visits and provide remote assistance as required.
• Plan and strategize customer visits using a wide array of programs, acting as an IDEXX ambassador.
• Manage your schedule to support customer needs and your professional growth.
