Job summary

Royal Canin, a Mars Veterinary Health company, is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to drive territory growth in North Oklahoma City / Wichita, KS. This field-based role requires residing within the territory and delivering account-specific sales goals through clinic opportunities and data leverage.

You will translate knowledge of our products and clinic data into business opportunities, develop territory plans, and build strong relationships with clinic decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Translate product, category, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan for growth in assigned geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams across BU and organization to meet objectives.
• Build partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Work in a cross-functional, fluid environment.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage expenses and sales budget; complete CRM and expense reports.
