VEG is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead one of our emergency hospitals the VEG Way—ownership, engagement, and high care standards. You will be a constant presence, advancing culture, operational excellence, and financial health while empowering VEGgies to thrive and deliver outstanding care to pets and families in the community.

You will build collaborative partnerships with referring veterinarians and local businesses, ensuring top-tier patient experiences, staff development, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams across fast-paced hospital environments.
• Strong budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost-control abilities.
• Proven ability to optimize operations, inventory and facility management.
• Desire to be coached and develop professionally.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop VEG staff for the hospital.
• Deliver a mind-blowing experience for patients, clients, and VEGgies.
• Ensure hospital compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness.
• Drive hospital performance to meet revenue and profitability targets.
