Job summary

VEG is seeking a Hospital Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC to lead and champion a team of VEGgies, ensuring outstanding care for patients and clients while driving financial health and growth of the hospital.

You’ll recruit, coach, and retain top talent, maintain a compliant and efficient facility, and cultivate partnerships with referring veterinarians and local businesses to strengthen VEG’s regional presence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience including overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+ people.
• Financial management experience including P&L budgeting and accounts receivable.
• Operations management experience including inventory and facilities oversight.
• Desire to be coached and develop personally.
• This is not a remote position; on-floor presence required.
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment with strong odors.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities
