Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) in Wisconsin's Oak Creek area seeks a Hospital Manager to lead our VEG hospital, guiding staff and operations with a strong sense of ownership. You will shape a high-performing, patient-centered environment and foster collaboration with referring veterinarians and local businesses.

As a frontline leader, you will drive culture, engagement, and financial health while delivering best-in-class emergency care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 50+ and managing scheduling (employees and shifts)
• Strong P&L budgeting, payroll and accounts receivable experience
• Operations management including inventory and facilities
• Desire to be coached and develop professionally
• On-site presence; not a remote position
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays on rotating basis
• Thrive in a fast-paced, diverse team environment

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, hire, onboard and develop VEG hospital staff
• Deliver a mind-blowing experience for patients, customers, and VEGgies
• Ensure hospital is compliant, well-maintained, and operationally sound
• Drive hospital performance to achieve financial targets
