Job summary

Mars offers a Veterinary District Sales Manager role focused on the Hudson Gateway region and surrounding NY/NJ areas. You will drive the Vet BU strategy by translating clinic data into opportunities, and you will build relationships with clinic decision-makers to expand the veterinary partner network.

This field-based role requires 2+ years of sales experience, veterinary clinic exposure preferred, excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Possession of a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, approx. 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations to veterinary staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared objectives.
• Manage budgets, CRM reports, and quarterly business reviews.
