Friendship Hospital for Animals, a leading AAHA‑accredited hospital located in Washington D.C., is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representatives. If you have strong communication skills and want to work as part of a collaborative and diverse team – we'd love to meet you!

About the role

As the face of Friendship, the client service representative sets the tone for the client experience. This person will have excellent communication skills, be self‑motivated, and engaging in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has previous client‑facing experience in a veterinary setting, but if you’re willing to learn we are willing to teach!

Responsibilities

• Support primary care, emergency, and specialty teams by attending to client inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Engage in a dynamic environment, maintaining self‑motivation and professionalism.

Schedule

This is a full‑time role with four 10‑hour shifts per week. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications
