Job summary

Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, DC is seeking friendly Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to support our primary care, emergency, and specialty teams. This role emphasizes excellent communication, motivation, and a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be the face of Friendship, setting the tone for client interactions and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive culture. Some weekends/holidays and a full-time schedule are expected.

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital a huge plus, but not required.

Friendship Hospital for Animals, a leading AAHA- accredited hospital located in Washington D.C. is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to support our thriving primary care, emergency, and specialty teams. About the role:

As the face of Friendship, the client service representative sets the tone for the client experience. This person will have excellent communication skills, is self motivated, and engaging in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has previous client facing experience in a veterinary setting, but if you’re willing to learn we are willing to teach!

Schedule:

This is a full time role with four 10 hour shifts per week. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
