East & West Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk tasks in a fast-paced veterinary setting. We value empathy, teamwork, and excellent communication as you support families and their pets.

Roles include some Monday and Saturday shifts with compensation from USD 19 to USD 22 per hour. Join a collaborative team focused on compassionate, high-quality client care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients at the reception.

Veterinary Customer Service Representative

• Compensation: USD 19 - USD 22 - hourly

Full-time and part-time positions available. Coverage of some Monday and Saturday shifts are required

We’re looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative who is eager to grow, loves client education, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized client care. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1+years of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Coverage of some Monday and Saturday shifts are required for this position.
• Some previous veterinary assistant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience utilizing Avimark is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, calm team player with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent computer proficiency.
• Self‑motivated, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in your role.
• Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with professionalism and resilience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in difficult or emotional circumstances.
• Comfortable working in a veterinary environment - must not be squeamish.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
