The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess strong communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need while fostering a positive experience with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients and their pets
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Process invoices, check-ins/check-outs, and payments

• Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
