We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to be the first warm smile our clients see when they walk through the door. • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system with efficiency
• Process payments and ensure accurate client records are maintained
• Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders in a helpful and timely manner
• Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting for clients and their pets

Additional Details:

• Eligibility for Health Benefits begins after 30 hours per week
• Salary: $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
• Schedule: Varied weekly schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. We aim to honor shift preferences to maintain a healthy work-life balance!
