In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, and help coordinate important aspects of patient care. Responsibilities include managing hospital inventory and ordering, online pharmacy approvals, coordinating specialty and referral appointments, and assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed. You will also support clients with questions and essential information regarding their pets’ care and our hospital services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative veterinary environment.

1+ years of experience in a veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are also adding digital dental radiography , allowing our medical team to further enhance the level of dental care we provide.
