Role Description

The Veterinary CSR (Customer Service Representative) is a full-time, on-site role located in East Setauket, NY. This team member serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, confirming visits, checking clients in and out, processing payments, and accurately entering and updating client and patient information in practice management systems. The role supports the veterinary team by coordinating communication, relaying medical and service information to clients, and helping resolve concerns to maintain a positive client experience. The Veterinary CSR also assists with administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, and ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications
