Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Sacramento is seeking a Receptionist to join Midtown Animal Hospital's trusted team. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, answering a multi-line phone, and ensuring compassionate care is reflected in every interaction.

You will coordinate appointments, maintain medical records, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly. Veterinary experience is required, and you must be available to work two Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with compassion.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle payments.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
