Job summary

People For Animals, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy veterinary clinic in Robbinsville, NJ. You will manage personnel, performance, finances, and facilities while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, mentoring staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, monitoring performance, and coordinating scheduling and training. Experience in animal welfare or shelter medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in animal welfare, shelter medicine, or high-volume spay/neuter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and departmental performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff and department supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor clinic performance, operational efficiency, and quality of care.
• Address client concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and facility maintenance.
• Animal handling is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
