You will guide workflows, oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluations, partner with the Medical Director to align goals, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative, growth-minded team. The role includes generous CE opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a veterinary or medical hospital setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Demonstrated collaboration with clinical leadership to drive hospital-wide goals.
• Passion for animal welfare and delivering exceptional patient care.
