Tranquility Veterinary Clinic in New Jersey seeks a full-time Practice Manager to lead a diverse team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff. You will provide leadership, structure and oversee operations, HR, scheduling and inventory with a focus on animal welfare and client service.

Formación

• Management experience in a veterinary setting is required.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions (SOPs, evaluations, disciplinary actions).
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize the practice management system.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on personnel management (hiring, training, development).
• Manage hospital operations including scheduling and inventory.
• Guide staff toward continuous improvement and strong client experiences.
• Balance business needs with staff welfare and performance.
