EveryPet in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Norwood Clinic Supervisor to lead the Veterinary Clinic CSR team, Community Cat CSR team, and clinic support staff. This hands-on role develops employees, delivers exceptional client experiences, and ensures efficient daily operations.

You will balance team leadership with administrative duties, coach staff in real time, manage front-office scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and outcomes in a fast-paced veterinary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage front office operations and staff.
• Scheduling and performance evaluation experience.
• Promotes safety, inclusion, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for Veterinary Clinic CSR, Community Cat CSR, and Clinic support teams (~20 members).
• Oversee daily front office operations and delegate tasks using a daily checklist.
• Lead daily team huddles to improve communication and engagement.
• Coach employees with real-time feedback, mentoring, and corrective guidance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
