• Prior supervisory experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in animal welfare or shelter medicine preferred.

People for Animals , a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality veterinary care, is seeking an experienced and motivated CLINIC MANAGER to join our leadership team!

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including personnel management, departmental performance, financial oversight, facility maintenance, and ensuring high standards of patient care and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily clinic operations and departmental performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff and department supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
