University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Hospital Liaison for the Small Animal Clinic at MU. The role handles high-volume calls, confirms appointments, and updates client/patient data in the electronic system, supporting seamless veterinary care.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least three years of customer service or clerical experience; proficiency with basic computer software is expected. Monday–Friday, 40 hours, on campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent; 3 years customer service/clerical experience required.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsabilités

• Receive a high volume of calls to schedule appointments and answer client questions.
• Verify, create, and update client/patient information in the hospital information system.
• Audit patient records for charges.
• Take deposits and payments; track pending deposits and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with technicians, assistants, clinicians, and students to support clinic operations.
• Request patient records from referring clinics and send discharge instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
